Everyday
We talk and joke
For a short way
Sometimes we stand
And talk away
Other days we
Don’t wait and stay
Each time I turn
And walk away
It saddens me
Each word we say
The past repeating
In darkness day
When you and I
Friends we made
A rift grew
And drew us away
Time separated us
Day by day
All this I see
When everyday
I wait for you
